Complement it with – The Marc Jacobs Remedy Concealer, because it works great as a primer. It also works well as a cooling concealer because of it's metallic applicator that reduces puffiness under the eyes and on the lid.
Rating - An 8 out of 10 for me because it only makes strong, bold strokes and getting it off can be tricky. It comes off best with an oilbased makeup remover though, so try something like the Boscia MakeupBreakup cool cleansing oil, which is awesome because it's hydrating, too. The Pro's of this product are that it's easy to use and the waterproof liner stays on forever without smudging. So the next time you're 'faking' a touch up in the ladies room the other gals are gonna be jealous for sure! I guess when you see it that way Blaquer is Better!
